Consultation

Arrange a home visit convenient to your schedule
Discuss your needs, desires, priorities and any technologies that may be of interest to you
Discuss with you state-of-the-art products that may be a good fit for your project
Suggest and discuss possible solutions
Leave you reading material of our services and relevant products that we feel will meet your requirements.

Design

Create a system proposal to best suit your needs, desires and budget.
Arrange a home visit to explain proposed system, answer any questions and demonstrate some of the products that we install.
Make any changes the proposal and agree on a final system.

Create a Statement of Work – SOW that spells out exactly what the project will consist of, so that you are comfortable you will have everything you expect. ; this includes wiring diagrams, cable run list, schematics, equipment list, and project schedule.

Installation

Cables are installation, labeled and tested to industry specifications
Equipment installations are completed in a professional manner and calibrated to optimum performance
We fully explain, demonstrate and teach you how to use the system.
Arrange a follow-up visit to make any changes to, or adjustments of, the installed system(s).
